Football Fusion 3 Position Tiers
Skill ceiling versus pickup value on 14-player drafts. Community meta, not an official XSTNS list.
This page ranks positions, not players. Football Fusion 3 lets captains draft a 14-person server, then the lobby votes quarterback, captain, and kicker. The rest of the roster lines up as receivers, backs, blockers, corners, and safeties. Community meta as of September 2026 puts impact in this order: S quarterback, A wide receiver and corner, B kicker and running back, C offensive line. Those letters measure how hard a seat swings a public game, not whether the seat is optional.
If you want role teaching rather than a letter, leave this list for the players hub. If you want Robux value, use the game pass tier list. Badges that sit on these roles — Ball Hawk on defense, Leg Day on kicker, Legendary across stats — live on the badges page.
S — Quarterback
Quarterback is the highest-skill seat in the game. Throws are manual. There is no auto-aim. You aim, you set power, you lead the receiver, and you live with the result. A clean dime can erase a bad draft. Two interceptions can erase a good one.
Skill ceiling: extreme. A practiced QB controls down and distance for four five-minute quarters, plus overtime if the score is tied.
Pickup value: extreme. Random public quarterbacks are the most common reason a drive dies. That is why the vote exists, and why you should not take it as a joke.
Ask for the QB vote only after a practice session where you can complete a slant, a comeback, and a led streak without throwing at the receiver’s current feet. If the first two drives are picks, hand the ball off and play receiver. The quarterback guide covers reads, when to check down, and how QB+ actually works (power wheel and pump-fake customize — it does not boost power). Pair that with how to throw and the power chart.
A — Wide receiver
Receivers create the catch window the quarterback is aiming at. Routes, timing, fire tech, mosses, and angling all live here. A WR who sits in traffic is a pick waiting to happen. A WR who stems, breaks, and clicks the catch on time turns an average throw into a first down.
Skill ceiling: very high. Angling (community tutorials say you need Custom Uniform) and mosses are the clips. Ordinary slants and comebacks are the chain movers.
Pickup value: high. Every public offense needs someone who can get open. You do not need a vote to play receiver. You need the quarterback to trust you, which you earn by running the route you said you would run.
Do not campaign for the ball in chat if you are still dropping uncontested slants. Show one catch, then ask. Full route teaching is on the wide receiver page and in how to catch.
A — Cornerback (and coverage safeties)
Defense does not get a dedicated vote, but corner is the other half of the A-tier duel. You trail hips, you swat, you refuse the cheap moss, and you turn a bad throw into Ball Hawk if you can return it. Safety help over the top is how deep shots die.
Skill ceiling: high. Reading the quarterback’s eyes helps until a good QB looks you off. Then you play the receiver, not the passer.
Pickup value: high. One corner who ball-watches is an instant score. One corner who stays on the hip forces checkdowns and field goals.
Big Hitter is S-tier value if you actually hit. It does not cover for you. The defense guide and the defense walkthrough cover swat timing, press versus off, and when to go for the pick instead of the knockdown.
B — Kicker
Kicker is a voted role. You handle kickoffs, extra points, and field goals. Close games in four five-minute quarters often end on a kick, not a moss.
Skill ceiling: medium-high. The input is simpler than a dime, but the miss is louder. Leg Day asks for a field goal from the 40 in a full server, which is a different problem than a practice-field chip shot.
Pickup value: medium. A hidden kicker who never practiced will donate extra points. A reliable kicker is a quiet win condition.
Take the vote only if you have already made the same kick in practice. Legendary’s 60 percent kick target also lives here if you are chasing 99 overall. See the kicker page and how to kick.
B — Running back / fullback
Running back is how you punish a defense that sits on the pass. You take handoffs, you follow blockers, and if you own Fullback / Truck (300 Robux) you can stiff-arm after the exchange. Community notes put the fumble reduction strongest as RB (about 40 percent) and smaller at other seats (about 15 percent).
Skill ceiling: medium. Vision and patience beat dancing in the backfield. Truck is a tool, not a win button.
Pickup value: medium. You need a quarterback willing to hand the ball off. In public games that is not guaranteed. In leagues it often is.
Ask for the handoff on third and short, in the two-minute, or when the corners are playing ten yards off. Do not ask on first and ten if your quarterback just hit a streak. The running back page covers hole hits, clock, and when to stay in bounds.
C — Offensive line
Blockers do not get highlight reels. They get the pocket that lets S-tier throws exist. You hold X, you pick a rusher, and you stay with him instead of chasing a clip.
Skill ceiling: real, but less flashy. A false start or a missed assignment is a sack. A sealed edge is a ten-yard run nobody credits you for.
Pickup value: lower than the skill of the seat deserves. Public servers forget to block. That is why the letter is C on a highlight and pickup scale, not on a football-importance scale. If your team cannot pass or run, look at the line before you blame the kicker.
There is no dedicated lineman page in this wiki yet because the vote does not lock the seat. Treat line as the default job when you are not QB, WR, back, or kicker. Pair it with the controls list so you actually bind the block input.
Skill ceiling versus pickup, in one table
Think of the letters as two scores glued together:
- A role can be hard and still rare in public impact (good line play).
- A role can be easier and still swing the scoreboard (a made extra point).
- A role can be both hard and constantly decisive (quarterback).
That is why this list does not say kicker is easy. It says kicker is not every snap. Quarterback is every offensive snap. Receiver and corner are almost every passing snap. Backs are situational. Line is constant and invisible.
Mobile players should read the mobile guide before they take QB or kicker. Touch throwing is a different ceiling. The rank of the position does not change; your personal rank in that position does.
How to pick a main without lying to the lobby
- Spend a week in public games at one seat. Track drops, picks, missed kicks, and missed blocks honestly.
- Only then campaign for a voted role. Type less. Play the previous drive well.
- If captains keep skipping you, you are not being cheated. You are being scouting-reported by the last play.
- Prestige and overall sit on prestige and Legendary targets. They do not replace the vote.
Scripts that auto-throw, auto-catch, or magnet the ball skip this entire list. They also skip your account into a ban. Manual skill is the actual meta. If a clip looks impossible, assume an executor until proven otherwise, and stay on the safety page.
If you only remember one rank, remember this: the S-tier seat is the one you can actually play today. A C-tier blocker who never false-starts beats an S-tier quarterback who throws two picks a drive.
Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers to the most common Football Fusion 3 questions.
Why is offensive line C if blocking wins games?
C is highlight and pickup value, not football importance. Public servers notice dimes and mosses, not a held edge. Line still decides whether the quarterback has time to throw.
Should I vote myself quarterback?
Is kicker really only B?
Kicker decides close games and owns Leg Day, but you are not on the field every snap. B is impact frequency, not an insult. Take the vote only after you have kicked that day.
Where does safety sit if corner is A?
Coverage safeties share the A-tier job: take away the deep shot and help on mosses. Blitz-only rushers are closer to situational B. See defense for how to line up.
Do game passes change these letters?
They change tools, not the rank of the seat. Truck helps running back. Custom Uniform helps angling at receiver. QB+ customizes the wheel. None of them move OL to S. Details are on the pass list.
Is this list official?
No. It is community meta as of September 2026. Confirm mechanic changes in the in-game changelog and Discord, not in a pasted 'buff QB' rumor.
