Football Fusion 3 Practice Field Checklist
Throw by fives, time the catch click, learn the kick meter, then set the camera — before you queue.
Open Settings and use Teleport to Practice before you ask a captain for quarterback. Football Fusion 3 is 14-player drafts, four 5-minute quarters, and no auto-aim. The practice field is where you learn the power wheel, the catch window, the kick meter, and a camera you can live with. Public interceptions are a terrible teacher because the other team is trying to end the drive.
Print this checklist mentally. Pair it with the throw power chart and how to throw. New accounts should also skim getting started and controls.
1. Camera and input first (2 minutes)
Do not throw a single ball until the camera is stable.
- Pick a sensitivity you can track a WR with on a crossing route. If you over-flick, lower it.
- Decide first-person versus third-person for throws. Many QBs throw in third for depth, then switch. There is no mandatory setting — consistency matters more.
- On PC, confirm Left Click is throw/catch and that you are not fighting a UI click. On console, RT is the usual throw/catch analog. Mobile players should enlarge the throw button if the client allows it and disable any extra HUD that covers the power wheel.
- Bind look and throw so your thumb is not doing both at the worst moment. If it is, you will turf every out.
If the camera fights you, every power number on the power chart is a lie.
2. Throw powers by fives (6–8 minutes)
The community wheel that matters is 50 through 95 in steps of 5: 50, 55, 60, 65, 70, 75, 80, 85, 90, 95. Lower junk (1–45) is for later jokes, not for winning downs.
Standing, no jump, same hash:
- Throw 50. Watch where it dies. That is your screen / hitch band.
- 55 and 60. You are building a short-game ladder.
- 65 and 70. Typical slant / quick-out territory for many QBs, still not a bomb.
- 75 and 80. Intermediate: crossing routes, deeper outs, some fades depending on your camera.
- 85, 90, 95. Fades and bombs. 95 is not “always end zone.” It is just the top of the wheel.
Write nothing down if you hate notes — but say the number out loud as you throw it. The goal is to feel 70 versus 80, because in a live pocket you will not stare at the dial.
Then add one jump-throw per band. Jump changes release height and often adds a little carry. The chart is not a guarantee; jump plus camera plus receiver speed will move the ball. That is the whole point of practice.
Work how to angle on the same reps: a 70 that is a yard late is an interception even if the power was “right.”
3. Catch timing (5 minutes)
Switch to receiver or have a friend throw. You are training the click, not the magnet you saw on a YouTube thumbnail. Magnets are cheats; see magnet scripts only as a warning.
- Short balls: click as the ball arrives, not when it leaves the QB’s hand.
- Fades: jump window plus click. Early click drops; late click gets mossed.
- Contested: get a body on the DB, then the same click. Hitbox scripts are bans, not drills (safety).
- Dropped balls: reset. Do not “catch spam” the whole flight.

4. Kick meter (3–4 minutes)
If you might get voted kicker, do not learn the meter at 0–0 in overtime.
- Take three field goals from a hash you actually see in public (hash, not just dead middle).
- Watch the meter path. Community talk after the 2026 kicking tweaks is yellow into red — chasing extra red for “more power” is how people shank. Prefer a repeatable stop over a maxed needle.
- Count a rhythm (many kickers still use a three-count) so you are not visually panicking.
- One kickoff rep so you know how the same meter behaves on a tee.

5. Two-minute live script (optional, 3 minutes)
Hitch, slant, fade — in that order — as if the clock is inside two. No QBA. If you cannot complete that sequence in practice, do not request quarterback in the next public draft. Take wide receiver, running back, or defense and still help.
After practice
Queue. One clean public game teaches rush timing that the empty field cannot. Then come back and hit the bands you missed. The tools hub is the map; this page is the session.
A twenty-minute practice block is the cheapest overall in Football Fusion 3. It costs no Robux, it cannot 48-hour ban you, and it is the only way the power wheel becomes a language instead of a panic bar. Run camera, fives, catch, meter — in that order — every day you plan to ask for QB. The captain on the other side of the draft is doing something with their time too; make sure yours was this checklist and not a fake codes list.
